Ticket Collection
For guests staying at OMO7 Asahikawa by Hoshino Resorts
Tickets will be distributed at the ticket counter 30 minutes before departure. (A physical ticket is required to board the bus, so please be sure to collect it beforehand.)
For guests staying at Hotel WBF Grande Asahikawa
A physical ticket is also required to board the bus.
Tickets can be collected at the hotel front desk during the following hours:
1st Bus: 6:30–7:00
2nd Bus: 6:40–7:10
3rd Bus: 7:00–7:30
Departure Schedule
Punctual departure is strictly observed. Please arrive at the designated boarding point at least 5 minutes before the departure time.

Pickup and Boarding Rules
Please allow plenty of time to gather at the designated pickup location for smooth operations.
If you are unable to board on time, the bus may depart as scheduled. In such cases, arranging and covering the cost of alternative transportation will be your own responsibility.
Upon check-in, please inform the staff of your reservation name.
Luggage Guidelines
Ski gear and similar items can be stored in the bus’s trunk; however, to prevent damage during transit on snowy roads, please ensure they are packed in suitable storage bags beforehand.
The company cannot accept responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings, including items in the trunk or on the bus.
To protect the vehicle, boarding while wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots is not permitted.
Return Bus Rules
Return buses departing Kamui Ski Links are scheduled in connection with the outbound buses you reserved. Time changes for the return buses cannot be accommodated.
Please observe the punctual departure rule and arrive at the departure point at least 5 minutes prior.
Handling of Personal Information
Personal information will be used only for bus operations and insurance purposes.
Unless required by law or in specific cases necessary for providing travel services, your information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
